Welcome to our online store. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms, in accordance with Danish consumer law.
About Us
This webshop is owned and operated as a sole proprietorship based in Denmark. We design and sell handcrafted jewelry.
Products
All items are described as accurately as possible. Please note:
Some products are limited edition or made to order, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective (see section 6).
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal
Discount codes may be offered occasionally. These must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently only ship within Denmark using DAO.
Delivery time is 2–4 business days.
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code from DAO.

After dispatch, DAO is responsible for the parcel, including insurance and delivery handling.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Danish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:
Made-to-order and limited edition items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
Shipping delays or damage once the package is handed over to DAO
Color differences due to screen settings
Any customs duties (when international shipping becomes available)
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled in a Danish court.
