Right of Withdrawal & Returns

According to Danish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please write to us before returning an order. You do not need to wait for a reply from us – we just need to be informed.

 

Conditions for Return

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.

Damaged or used items cannot be returned.

The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

The package must be sent with a postal service and cannot be delivered in person

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, within 14 days.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment card and cardholder who made the purchase.

We do not refund the return shipping costs.

How to Return

1. Notify us before returning the item. You do not need to wait for a reply from us – we just need to be informed.

2. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.

3. Send the item with a tracking number to our return address:  Elsdyrsgade 48, 1324 Copenhagen K, Denmark (Hang & Craft, contact@hangandcraftcopenhagen.com, +45 42801328)

4. Wait for confirmation and your refund within 14 days of receipt.
