Right of Withdrawal & Returns
According to Danish consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please write to us before returning an order. You do not need to wait for a reply from us — we just need to be informed.
Conditions for return
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, undamaged condition.
Damaged or used items cannot be returned.
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible, within 14 days.
Refunds will only be made to the original payment card and cardholder who made the purchase.
We do not refund the return shipping costs.
How to return
Notify us before returning the item.
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging.
Send the item with a tracking number to our return address.
Wait for confirmation and your refund within 14 days of receipt.

Our jewelry is handcrafted with love and made from 100% solid brass. and genuine freshwater pearls. We work with brass because it allows us to shape intricate details and delicate patterns – turning each piece into a small, wearable work of art. All pieces are 100% nickel-free and designed to be worn – but like all beautiful things, they need a little care to last.
To preserve the plating and overall quality, we recommend wearing your jewelry with care and following these simple everyday tips:
- Always remove your jewelry before going to bed.
- Avoid washing your hands, showering, cleaning, or exercising while wearing jewelry.
- When not in use, store your jewelry in a closed fabric pouch, plastic bag, or similar to prevent oxidation.
Due to the natural materials and brass base, slight color changes may occur over time. If needed, you can gently polish your piece with brass polish to restore its shine.
With a little care, your jewelry will stay beautiful for years to come.
